- What this is
- CrossPaid is an interface to a smart contract on BNB Chain and to the flap.sh Portal. It is not a bank, payment service, exchange or broker, and it is not affiliated with X Corp. (X Money) or flap.sh.
- No custody
- We never hold your money. X Money payments go directly from you to the person you pay. BNB rebates come from the RebateVault contract to your linked wallet.
- Rebates are conditional
- A rebate happens only if a slot settles under the on-chain rules: valid receipt, within limits, within caps, vault sufficient. A slot that does not settle pays nothing. Vaults can be empty; caps can be reached.
- Eligibility
- You must be legally able to use X Money and to transact in crypto assets where you live, and be at least 18. You are responsible for your taxes.
- Your conduct
- One X account, one wallet. No fake receipts, no paying yourself through other accounts, no automation that games slots or caps. Violations lead to strikes, bans, closed slots and may be reported.
- Tokens
- Tokens created here are ordinary flap.sh tokens. They can lose all value. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer of securities. Creators are responsible for the names, images and descriptions they publish.
- Recipients
- If a token names your X account, you owe nothing and need do nothing. You may ask to opt out; contact us from that X account.
- Availability
- The site, the keeper and manual review are provided as-is and may pause or stop. The contract keeps working without the site; your linked wallet and slots remain yours on chain.
- Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses from contract behaviour, price moves, X Money decisions, third-party services, or your own mistakes (wrong amount, wrong recipient, missed timer).
- Changes
- We may update these terms; continued use after a change is acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
